Refining my structure for Teaching Leadership and Management Concepts

I teach a class to some of the Veteran entrepreneurs in the Veteran Institute for Procurement (VIP) programs, and I’m starting to review the structure I use to teach a class on scaling your business (see my How to Grow Business Value presentation slides from last year for context), which discusses the acquisition process I’ve seen for Government Contracting firms (based on my very limited experience), and then shifts into an overview of various leadership and management concepts to help these small business leaders scale and mature their businesses.

Here is a refined structure I’m working on — let me know (by commenting or contacting me) if you have any suggestions on how to refine this to expose these leaders to great concepts to help them scale their organization and better serve Government initiatives.
