PelTrend is a cool, free tool where you download your Peloton workout data and drop it in their app or website to visualize your data, which lets you see your personal records, visualize trends (the picture above shows cadence in yellow, power (watts) in green, and resistance in purple), as well as descriptive analysis such as:
- 151,786 calories burned since your first day on the bike
- Your earliest ride ever was 7:33am and your latest was 8:29pm
- Instructors I’ve spent the most time with and instructors I’ve had the most PRs with (Olivia is both for me — thanks Olivia!)
You can review your own Peloton data in a spreadsheet by going to https://members.onepeloton.com/profile/workouts and clicking on the “Download Workouts” button in the top right corner:

I wish Peloton would do more of this in the app and website.
